TESTIMONIALS
"Over the past 25 years I have built amazing award winning teams of fitness specialists who have provided Health and Wellness fitness services to our community.
Adela does not know the meaning of "average" for her going the extra mile in the classes she teaches is akin to a bird in a flight, She stands tall amongst the most professional, compassionate, kind and gentle human beings with an exemplary commitment of respect, love and joy for promoting wellness through movement to children. She works from the perspective that Health and Wellness are fundamental rights for all Community Members - the physically and not so physically capable children & teens. She goes about the various domains of their work in such a manner as to promote Health & Wellness as a way of life. To do all this requires leaders who teach with authenticity, their unique leadership perspective is based on many "people-building" values including: being non-judgemental, seeing the human aspect in children's growth physically & emotionally. She has a "gift", which makes her approachable and relatable to children, children walk away feeling valued, ready for growth and a belief in themselves when they attend classes lead by Adela." - Suzanne Adams, Chamber of Commerce Business Excellende Judge since 2001. 2010 Myrtle Evertt Professional Business Women of the Year. |

"Adela has been a part of my life for the past 5 years, and life wouldn’t have been the same without her. I stepped into a dance fit class by accident. Shy and unsure of myself, I tried to sneak out quietly. Dance fit was the most fun I’d ever had working out, and from then on, it became my weekly ritual of fitness therapy that helped bring me joy and confidence. Adela displayed great knowledge and passion for fitness in her classes, helping us build muscle, endurance and coordination through different routines and exercises. But it was her fun-loving nature and enthusiasm that had me laughing, smiling and motivated to sweat beyond belief and keep me coming back year after year. I always left class with a grin on my face, and for that alone, I can’t thank these two enough. She is truly inspiring individuals and I can’t wait to support her on this new fitness journey!"

"Adela has brought smiles to so many of our students with her energy and enthusiasm. Her Zumba classes are something our students look forward to all year. She is easy to follow and she allows our kids to continue a love for being physically fit, no matter their ability levels. The music is always up to date and engaging, which helps our kids to continue to try the moves whenever they are listening to music on their own. Adela has been teaching Zumba in our school for years and we hope to keep having her here for years to come!"

"As an organizer and coordinator of community events in Vancouver I was honoured to meet Adela. Over the last three years she has been our Zumba Instructor in multiple events such as Inclusion Festival, Peruvian Festival, Multicultural Day at Stride Community School, and Peruvian Christmas Party.
I have witnessed Adela’s great passion, and her ability to gather people together, amuse and interconnect with children and adults through dancing in a fun and healthy way. Adela has always shown professionalism. In my opinion, her best virtue is her compassion, her punctuality and the ability to motivate our community to perform physical activities through dancing." - Marleni Curie – Community Events Organizer and Coordinator. |
