BollyX: This is a dance fitness workout inspired by the heart-pumping energetic rhythms of Bollywood, India's film industry. Modified for those who need low impact movements, with a dynamic and effective cardio workout.
Zumba Gold: This class is designed for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreated the original moves you love in a low impact format.
Chair Fitness: This workout is done with the assistance of a chair for standing and sitting dynamic movements with focus on cardiovascular endurance, stability and strength. We use a number of equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, and light weights to improve posture, core strength, flexibility and stamina.
Drumming: This is a low impact workout that uses drumming sticks and a stability ball to create a rhythmical experience improving core strength, coordination, and stamina.
Chair Yoga: This class modifies yoga poses so that it can be done while sitting in a chair. It has the benefits of regular yoga while helping with stress, fatigue, balance and joint lubrication.
Dance Fitness: It is a fun low impact class that will keep you moving to the rhythm of the music, helping improve coordination, balance, strength and cardiovascular stamina.
Total Body Conditioning: Low impact class that focuses on the main muscle groups. Divided in four segments: Coordination/Cardio, Strength, Balance and Flexibility to get a full body workout.
