​There is strong evidence that physical activity has numerous health & wellness benefits for children, both physically and mentally. Our sessions develop key fundamental movement to get children to have fun, gain self-confidence and enjoy being involved in exercise regardless of their ability or background.

Kids/Teens Cardio Kickboxing:

Martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio in synchronicity with upbeat age appropriate music. This helps kids learn self-control and discipline.  



Kids/Teens Pilates:

A low intensity, mat-based class. It will help build coordination, flexibility, muscle tone and strength, and improved posture.


Cultural Dance / Dancefit:

In each class we will explore dances and music from different parts of the world. 


Drumming Fun:

Banging sticks to generate sound in rhythm with music would make the kids feel like a star. 


BollyX:

A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness class that combines dynamic choreography with music from around the world appropriate for kids.

Children’s Yoga: 

Kids will have fun learning how to stretch, strengthen, and relax in a stress-free environment.
 


Tween/Teen Yoga: 

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. 


Hip hop:

A street inspired dance very popular among youth. Basic movement patterns are combined with upbeat age appropriate hip hop songs to create a high energy workout.


Creative Dance:

Kids create, explore and imagine through dance and movement, in a non-competitive environment.

Zumba Kids:

Kid-friendly music and routines based on original Zumba® choreography.
